BEMIDJI - Paul Dybing and Monika Neumann have been honored with the Bill Brown Award for service from Bank Forward.
The company sponsors the Bill Brown award semi-annually to recognize employees of Bank Forward, Invest Forward and Insure Forward who exemplify the spirit of Bill Brown.
Dybing serves as senior vice president/lending team leader in Bemidji and has been employed by Bank Forward since 2006.
Neumann, a certified insurance service representative, has been employed as a customer service agent at Insure Forward in Bemidji since 2007.
To be nominated, the employee must deliver a high standard of customer service or service support, go above the call of duty to take care of the customer and build relationships or do something that demonstrates leadership, teamwork and dedication to their community or the Bank Forward organization.
