Real estate Jake Stoutenburgh with ERA Pederson and Associates Realty is Bemidji's No. 1 selling agent, according to a news release from the real-estate company.
With more than 6.7 million in residential real estate volume Sold last year, Stoutenburgh ranked No. 1 in sales of all agents in the Bemidji area for 2009, the news release stated.
