Sanford Health welcomes Jenise Ropp, DNP, APRN, CNP, to the Bagley family medicine team
Sanford Health in Bagley welcomes Jenise Ropp, DNP, APRN, CNP, to the family medicine team at the Sanford Bagley Clinic.
Jenise attended Bemidji State University for her undergraduate degree in nursing. For graduate school, she attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, for her doctorate of nursing practice.
Prior to joining Sanford Health, Jenise gained valuable knowledge and experience as a registered nurse for Essentia Health in Fosston, MN, and as a family medicine nurse practitioner for Esperanza Health Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Jenise cares for all members of the family specializing in checkups for children and adults, family planning, health education and counseling, preventive care, screenings, vaccinations, women’s health care.
She also provides diagnosis and treatment of cold and flu symptoms; coughs and sore throats; earaches; infections, including urinary, sinus and eye; minor cuts; lacerations and burns; skin conditions, including rashes, poison ivy and insect bites; sprains and strains; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); diabetes; heart disease; high blood pressure and minor injuries.
When asked about the care she provides, Jenise shared, “I am committed to working with my patients and empowering them, through education and best evidence, to make healthy lifestyle choices. I strive to offer holistic care and provide a safe space where the patients can bring their concerns and be heard and cared for.”
Outside of the care she provides, Jenise enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. In her free time, she also indulges in her passions for reading and traveling.
