Ambassadors welcome Fringe Salon to area

Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently welcomed the new business Fringe Salon to Bemidji. Located in the Paul Bunyan Mall, Fringe Salon is a full-service salon, offering all hair and nail service and some skin care.
