A hockey camp athletic trainer allegedly filmed a 14-year-old girl showering in the Breezy Point Ice Arena in Breezy Point, according to criminal charges filed in court against the man. James William Diffley, 32, Maple Grove, was charged June 24 in Crow Wing County District Court with felony of interfering with a minor's privacy. Diffley will appear at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday for his initial appearance hearing. According to the criminal complaint filed against Diffley, Breezy Point officers were dispatched at 9:45 p.m.
Police in Fargo found a missing three-year-old boy in the back of a stolen minivan early Monday morning. The van the boy was found in was reported missing at 9:39 p.m. Sunday. According to dispatchers, the child was found to be in good condition.
ST. PAUL -- The trooper who has been the Minnesota State Patrol's face in western Minnesota faces charges of driving 94 miles per hour in a 55 zone. Sgt. Jesse Grabow has served as public information officer, but his duties will be handled by other troopers during an internal investigation into the April incident. Patrol Capt. Brian Cheney and Assistant Fergus Falls City Attorney Joseph Ellig filed the speeding complaint Friday and the patrol released information Monday.
Authorities are searching for a Badger, Minn., man, who was reported missing in Grand Forks over the weekend. The Grand Forks Police Department received the report Sunday that Aaron Thomas Pigeon, 25, Badger, Minn., was last seen in the Grand Forks area at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The missing person was last seen in downtown Grand Forks area at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Crookston area law enforcement responded to a report of a stabbing at about noon Friday at an apartment in Crookston. Gary Anderson, 68, was found in the main office of the apartment building with a knife in his chest.

FARGO--A Fargo man accused of raping a woman who was five months' pregnant and beating her hard enough to break bones in her face, foot and possibly pelvis has been sentenced to five years in prison. Ayub Haji Abukar pleaded guilty Monday in Cass County District Court to a single count of Class C felony aggravated assault in connection with the March 10 incident at the Fargo High Rise.
