Schoelkoph grew up in the woodsy Little Rock district of Red Lake, where she resides with her husband Richard. The couple moved to Schoelkoph's hometown in 2012, after they were married and settled into a mobile home. "There was a cat stuck under the trailer," Schoelkoph said. "It was just pitiful, so I saved it." Rescuing that kitten, affectionately named "Fuzzy Butt," may have saved Schoelkoph's life.
