BAGLEY -- A Clearwater County pastor is charged with 16 counts of felony criminal sexual conduct for acts that allegedly occurred between 2009 and 2014. Scott Morey, 42, of Shevlin appeared in Clearwater County Court in Bagley on Friday facing eight first-degree, three second-degree, two third-degree and three fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct charges. Morey was a pastor at Calvary Lutheran Church in Winger, Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bejou and Our Savior's Lutheran Church in McIntosh. The Rev. Dr.
Police Report The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Friday: Assault 5:14 p.m. Two inmates were issued citations for disorderly conduct at the jail on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Underage consumption 9:11 p.m. A 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were cited for minor consumption of alcohol on the 1100 block of Event Center Drive NE. BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji State University student was transported to Sanford Medical Center Fargo after being found outside in the cold Sunday morning. The student has been identified as Hannah Rolschau. Scott Faust, BSU director of communications and marketing, said Rolschau was a second-year education major. "The university's primary focus at this point is Hannah's welfare and her family and her recovery," Faust said. Sanford Medical Center Fargo confirmed Rolschau was a patient Monday afternoon.
BEMIDJI -- Three men are facing felony robbery charges after assaulting a man in Bemidji early Thursday morning. Robin Lee Lussier, 25, of Bemidji, Shelby Gene Boswell, 23, of St. Paul, and Brandon James Madigan, 18, of Cass Lake, were arrested Tuesday morning when Bemidji Police responded to a report of an ongoing assault and robbery on the 100 block of Gemmel Avenue in Bemidji. Upon arrival at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers observed a male running out of a residence cradling his left arm, according to court documents. The victim had blood on his face and body.

BLACKDUCK -- Two men who burglarized a Blackduck residence in August were sentenced Monday in Beltrami County District Court. Derick Jay Borntrager, 28, of Hines and Billie Joe Large, 25, of Bemidji were arrested after Large's wallet was found in a stolen ATV that was abandoned on the Paul Bunyan Trail. Borntrager and Hines were linked to a burglary in Blackduck where two ATVs, a flatbed trailer, collectible beer signs and firearms were stolen. Borntrager received a five-year prison sentence, which was stayed for 15-years, on a possession of a pistol or assault weapon charge.
