On Feb. 23, 2017, a law enforcement officer climbed a ladder to speak to Jameson Dargen, one of the final holdouts of the Oceti Sakowin camp near Cannon Ball in Morton County. After a couple of hours, he came down on his own and was arrested. (Mike Mccleary, Bismarck Tribune)
