Snowplow

January 3, 2010
Pushing snow across the road is illegal in the state of Minnesota and is punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a fine of $1,000. The county highway department shows just how the snow can pile up on the roadway and advises private snowplow operators that this practice is not only against the law but also can be extremely hazardous to unsuspecting drivers.
