BEMIDJI — The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and Canterbury Park Holding Corp. announced Tuesday they have signed a management agreement that would allow the band to offer simulcast wagering on horse races at the Northern Lights Casino Hotel and Events Center in Walker.
