GOVERNMENT: City Council to discuss homeless shelter Tuesday
BEMIDJI -- The Bemidji City Council will hear an update from Duluth-based Center City Housing on plans for a permanent homeless shelter in Bemidji on Tuesday. The facility is slated to have 30 units for homeless single adults and 30 group units for homeless chronic inebriates.
