Sleeping bags and bedding are packed up after protesters, encamped in front of the Governor's Mansion on Summit Avenue in St. Paul, were told by police that they must remove their stuff, stay out of the street and not block the sidewalks, Tuesday, July 26, 2016. Vehicles were allowed into the blocked off area to pick up belongings and take them away.
