The dragon boats for the 11th annual Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival arrived in Bemidji Monday morning. Using a crane, the boats were moved from the trailer into the Mississippi River between Lake Bemidji and Lake Irving. Once into the water, the dragon boats were pulled by a boat to the Lake Bemidji waterfront. (Maggi Stivers | Bemidji Pioneer)
