Someone placed flowers at the corner near Rice Avenue and 10th Street NW last week near where Sandra Lommen, a 20-year-old BSU student, was found early Dec. 10. Police say Lommen was leaving a party early Wednesday morning and may have fallen into a nearby creek about 50 yards from where she was found. She later died at the hospital.
