Bemidji Middle School will host the 28th annual Science Fair from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, featuring projects  by sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade students, including seventh-grader Damaris Berg's experiment "Light Bulbs," which tests the energy use of three light bulbs, incandescent, fluorescent and LED. play button

Forty middle-school robotic teams will compete today in the Northern Minnesota VEX Robotics Tournament at the John Glas Fieldhouse. For the first time, Bemidji Middle School wiil send two teams to the competition. It takes a couple days for students to figure out bus schedules and pick-up times, but it gets easier each day. On Tuesday, Middle School teachers and school district administrators were outside helping route students to the correct bus.
