bemidji community food shelf

July 7, 2015
A mural was placed at the entrance of the Bemidji Community Food Shelf Farm on Tuesday. The design, painted by local artist Mary Therese and visiting food shelf families, represents the ethnic and cultural art traditions of the families who helped paint it. Chris Tower (bottom left) along with Terry Armstead, an Americorps NCCC member, Jay Johnson (top left), and Jack Judkins, a food shelf volunteer, installed the final panel of the mural just before noon.
