BHS duo Fodness, Holter top seed in sub-section

BRAINERD - Bemidji's top doubles team of Kyle Fodness and Adam Holter received the top seed in the North Sub-Section 8-2A tennis tournament which will be played today in Sartell. The tournament was scheduled to be played in Brainerd but was moved to Sartell due to rain.

Fodness and Holter received a bye in the opening round and will face either Wes Meyer and Ben Suits of Moorhead or Trevor Grandgenett and BenVonbargen of Alexandria in the second round.

Bemidji's other doubles tandem of Matt Hokanson and Noah Holter will open against Mack Wadi and Austin Storm of Alexandria.

In the North Sub-Section 8-2A singles tournament Bemidji's Alec Hess will face Roman Lindeman of Sauk Rapids in the first round. Lumberjack Isak Sommer drew Brock Wood of Alexandria in the opening round.
