Bemidji shoots low round of spring at Wadena

WADENA — The improvement continued Saturday for the Bemidji High School girls golf team as the Lumberjacks took second at the Wadena Invitational with a team score of 354.

Saturday’s effort trimmed five shots off Friday’s round at the Bemidji Town and Country Club and was the low round of the spring.

Morgan Williams and Morgan Miller paced the Jacks with 86s while Katelin Craft and Kelsey Isaacson carded 91s.

Hailey Hinners shot 98 and Alexis Konecne fired a 111.

Bemidji returns to duty Tuesday at Detroit Lakes.
