Ben Kinne's unassisted goal 61 seconds into overtime lifted Bemidji State to its second consecutive 2-1 victory over Alabama-Huntsville Sunday afternoon on the Chargers' ice.

The decision kept the Beavers unbeaten after six games with five wins and a tie. Bemidji is 2-0 in College Hockey America play after the road sweep.

Matt Read, who scored both Beavers goals in Saturday night's win, sent Sunday's affair into overtime with a third-period goal.

Sophomore Dan Bakala stopped 31 Charger shots to earn the victory in goal for Bemidji State.

Kevin Morrison gave Huntsville a 1-0 lead a minute, 31 seconds into the third period. But that's all Bakala gave up as he moved to 4-0-1 on the season.

The Beavers return home to host CHA foe Robert Morris Friday and Saturday.
