Bemidji State men's basketball: Beavers add four during late signing period

The Bemidji State University men's basketball team received four national letters-of-intent during the late singing period, head coach Matt Bowen announced Tuesday.

Joining the Beavers next season will be 6-foot-5, 190-pound forward Jon Krebs (Mahtomedi, MN/Mahtomedi HS), 6-foot-7, 185-pound forward Burke Lendl (St. Michael, Minn./Rogers HS), 6-foot-2, 165-pound shooting guard Noah Shepherd (Minneapolis, Minn./Washburn HS), and 6-foot-6, 175-pound forward Mason Walters (Milton, Wis./Milton HS). The commitment of these four student-athletes combined with the early signing of Lakeville North's David Berthene brings Bemidji State's 2009-10 class to five.
