Crime report for Mar. 4-5
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Tuesday.
9:18 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested at the jail following a transport call.
12:39 p.m. A 32-year-old woman, 33-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were arrested at the jail following a transport call.
6:09 p.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested by Red Lake police on Highway 89 NW for an outstanding warrant and turned over to Beltrami County deputies.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Tuesday:
7:34 a.m. A 40-year-old man was cited following a two-vehicle accident in which one vehicle rear ended another on Roosevelt Road SW and Railroad Street SW.
7:59 a.m. A juvenile was cited following a two vehicle accident on 2st Street SE and Grant Ave. SE.
11:38 a.m. Officers assisted Sanford security in escorting a subject back into the hospital on Anne Street.
12:08 a.m. Two juvenile males were arrested on warrants on the 3400 block of Laurel Drive NW.
2:51 p.m. A 34-year-old man was arrested on a warrant, for violating conditions of release and for providing false information to a peace officer following an assault call to the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.4:23 p.m. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on a Polk County warrant on the 1300 block of Anne Street NW.
4:36 a.m. An intoxicated male was removed and served with a trespass order on the 2400 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
5:46 p.m. An intoxicated male was awakened and removed from the sidewalk at 3rd Street NW and Beltrami Ave. NW and given a courtesy ride to the Peoples Church.
5:11 p.m. A 29-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man were cited for shoplifting at Walmart.
7:10 p.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and for shoplifting following a theft call at Walmart.
10:32 p.m. An 18-year-old man was cited for drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on the 1200 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

12:55 a.m. A 45-year-old man was arrested for reporting a false crime following an assault call on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
