Gas drive-off theft

11:56 a.m. Monday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

Fireworks complaint

10:20 p.m. Monday, Minnesota Avenue Northwest and 10th Street Northwest.

Sheriff's report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:


9:59 a.m. Sunday, Beltrami County Fairgrounds. A power steering pump was taken from a tractor being auctioned.

10:29 p.m. Sunday, Irvine Avenue North. A large black purse containing $654, credit cards and checks was stolen along with a set of keys.


8:44 p.m. Sunday, Nistler Road Northeast. A girl was assaulted by a boy.


2:38 a.m. Monday, 54100 block of Eagle Nest Drive Northeast, Waskish. The Kelliher Fire Department responded to a house fire. The reporting party said there was smoke in the house. There was heavy smoke damaged to the lower level and a little smoke damage to a loft area.

6:43 p.m. Monday, softball field at Bemidji Middle School. Medical call.

11:23 p.m. Monday, 900 block of 30th Street Northwest. Fire alarm.
