The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls Thursday:


11:09 a.m. A hit and run accident was reported on 400 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Suspect vehicle was a small black truck with a black topper and possible plate 296AO7.

Minor Consumption

11:52 a.m. A juvenile female was arrested for minor consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW.


1:47 p.m. A Yard-Man snowblower was reported stolen on 500 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

Disorderly Conduct

1:57 p.m. A 25-year-old woman was arrested for obstruction, disorderly conduct and consuming in public on 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.

Financial Crime

8:50 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested for worthless checks in the amounts of $5.86 and $50.15 on the 100 block of Convenience Lane SW in Bemidji.

9:43 a.m. A 48-year-old man was arrested for a $50 worthless check on a closed account on 100 block of Convenience Lane SW in Bemidji.
