Crime report for Oct. 30-31

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls Wednesday:

Minor Consumption

3:38 p.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor and a juvenile was arrested on Park Ave. NW and 24th Street NW.


8:15 p.m. A 52-year-old woman was cited for shoplifting on 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Property Damage

9:54 p.m. Officers responded to report of what was believed to be gunshots in the 2900 block of Delton Ave. A window had been broken, but the female whose residence was damaged denied law enforcement assistance.


6:31 p.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested for violation of court orders when officers responded to report of possible weapons offense on 800 block of America Ave. NW.

10:50 p.m. Complaint of a person with a firearm on 900 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. No arrests made.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls Thursday:


1:26 a.m. A 27-year-old woman was cited for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.


3:51 a.m. A 41-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault on 600 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls Wednesday:


7:10 a.m. A storage container was broken into and items were stolen on Caribou Footed Drive NW.
