Concert time in Bemidji

The quartet, which also includes Simon Beaudry and Jean-Francois Branchaud, will perform at several schools this week, as well as perform a public concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sanford Center. The band has performed more than 1,000 concerts and is considered one of the most progressive folk bands in the world. The band has won two Juno awards, the Canadian equivalent of a Grammy, as well as a Canadian Folk Music Award and “Artist of the Year” at the North American Folk Alliance annual gala. — Monte Draper | Bemidji Pioneer
