Kapaun attends baseball symposium

BEMIDJI — Choice Therapy and Bemidji Youth League Baseball recently announced Joe Kapaun, occupational therapist and vice president of Bemidji Youth League Baseball, attended the 32nd annual Injuries in Baseball symposium, hosted by the American Sports Medicine Institute in Atlanta, Ga. Topics included new and upcoming recommendations for pitching mechanics, pitch counts, treatment of baseball injuries and training programs to decrease risk of injuries in the upcoming seasons.
