Lloyd N. Slover, 70, of Klamath Falls, OR died Monday, July 30, 2007 in Klamath Falls.

He was born Aug. 2, 1936 to Vernon Lloyd and Carol Edith (Pierson) Slover in Osage. He served in the US Army from 1959 to 1963. He moved to Klamath Falls from Park Rapids in 1964. He worked at a plywood mill in Coquille, OR then returned to Klamath Falls where he worked as a timber faller until retiring in 1992.

He was a member of Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God, the National Rifle As-sociation, Woodworkers of America and the Weyer-haueser Ambassadors.

He is survived by two sons, Lloyd (Tina) and James Earl, both of Klamath Falls; three daughters, Marcia (Justin) LeFever, Ellen Goodrich and Suzanne (Harry) Burgeson, all of Klamath Falls; four broth-ers, Marvin (Darlene) of Mt. Shasta, CA, Gary (Barb) of Brooks, OR, Daniel of Fargo and Verna of Elko, NV; sis-ter, Judy Keezer of Park Rapids; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Slover; granddaughter, Angel Slover; and brothers, Floyd, Jerry, Ronnie, David and a pair of twin brothers.

Funeral: Tuesday, Aug. 7 at Ward's Klamath Funeral Home Chapel.

Military honors will be provided by members of Klamath Falls VFW Pelican Post 1383 and the Marine Corps League.
