No serious injuries in one-car accident
BEMIDJI—No serious injuries were reported Sunday after a car struck a guardrail in Beltrami County.
A 2012 Nissan Sentra driven by Karen Bernard, 43, of Tenstrike was eastbound on U.S. Highway 2 at U.S. Highway 71 when the vehicle slid on ice, left the road and struck a guardrail, according to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol.
The accident was reported at 12:42 p.m. Sunday. Bernard was transported by Bemidji Ambulance to Sanford Bemidji Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, the report said.
