Police investigate Bemidji man’s death
BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji man died early Sunday morning after police found him unresponsive.
According to the Bemidji Police Department, the 34-year-old man was found by officers at 3:13 a.m. outside a residence at the 2600 block of Birchmont Drive NE. The man was not breathing and could not be resuscitated, a press release said. His name is being withheld pending notification of the family.
Police do not suspect foul play and don’t believe there is a danger to the public. The Bemidji Police Department and Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office continue to investigate the death.
