Police Report for April 6
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
12:05 a.m. Thursday, Bar 209. An intoxicated person was removed from the front entrance.
11:06 p.m. Wednesday, 200 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A man was removed from the area outside of a bar.
4:37 p.m. Wednesday, People's Church. A trespassing notice was issued.
3:56 p.m. Wednesday, Irvine Avenue Southwest. A 40-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were arrested after an assault was reported.
9:53 a.m. Wednesday, People's Church. Three individuals were requested to be removed.
11:08 p.m. Wednesday, 900 block of Carter Circle Southeast. A 25-year-old man was arrested for an active warrant.
2:44 p.m. Wednesday, Beltrami Avenue Northwest. A fight was reported. The parties involved were located, identified and separated. The fight was determined to be mutual and no charges were requested.
12:23 p.m. Wednesday, 1100 block of Birchmont Drive Northeast. A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, fourth-degree assault and interference with an emergency call.
8:16 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of Bemidji Avenue North. Vandalism was reported in a park. Picnic tables were tipped over and spray paint was found on a garbage can.
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
10:48 p.m. Wednesday, Archery Road Northwest. A small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was cited.
12:51 p.m. Wednesday, Everts Road Northeast and Highway 1 Northeast, Kelliher. Road signs were knocked down at the intersection. It appears as though a vehicle left the roadway on the curve. Evidence at the scene likely identifies the owner.
7:22 a.m. Wednesday, Wildwood Road Northeast. One person was cited for underage possession of alcohol and another person was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
7:29 p.m. Wednesday, Grange Road Southwest. A man reported a package had been stolen from his mailbox.
11:52 a.m. Wednesday, 100 block of Clark Avenue South, Kelliher. Gas drive-off.
1:19 p.m. Wednesday, Pete's West Car Wash. The cash intake machine was damaged.
4:27 a.m. Wednesday, Coyote Road Northwest. A homeowner's son broke several items in the house. He was upset because his mother was using his car.
10:08 a.m. Wednesday, Irvine Avenue Northwest, Nebish. A fire was reported along the west ditch. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources reported the fire did not appear to be arson.
8 a.m. Wednesday, Roosevelt Road Southeast, Cass Lake. A suspicious female was urinating in public near a convenience store.
1:49 a.m. Wednesday, 3900 block of Supreme Court Northwest. Loud music complaint. The renter was told to turn it down.
