Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Property damages

6:25 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of Carter Circle Southeast. A rear window was damaged.

8 p.m. Saturday, Bemidji State University. Graffiti was found on tunnel walls.

6:40 p.m. Saturday, 2400 block of Middle School Drive Northwest. A vehicle was reported damaged.

Disorderly conduct

6:01 p.m. Sunday, Northland Apartments. A man was removed.

Public relations

6:37 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of 26th Street Northwest. An elderly man was unable to locate the source of a buzzing noise coming from the kitchen stove. An officer turned off the timer buzzer.

Peace disturbances

3:17 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Third Street Northwest. Women were reported yelling. No physical altercation.

2:57 a.m. Saturday, 2300 block of Ash Avenue Northwest. Three persons talking in an apartment were warned to quiet down.


10:12 p.m. Saturday, 2600 block of Delton Avenue Northwest. A burglary occurred sometime during the day.


9:25 p.m. Saturday, Petro Serve USA. Gas drive-off.

7:54 p.m. Saturday, 800 block of 26th Street Northwest. A cell phone was stolen.

7:41 p.m. Saturday, 900 block of 21st Street Northwest. A man whose face was painted white was seen walking down the street carrying a television. A call came in later that a television was stolen from an unlocked, parked vehicle.


5:44 p.m. Saturday, 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Cardboard bales were set on fire.
