Afternoon tea

The Blackduck Community Library is starting to make plans for afternoon tea, to be held April 16 at the Blackduck Senior Center.

The library is looking for businesses and organizations which would be interested in decorating a table, or providing a basket for the raffle.

Interested persons can contact the Library at 835-6600. Afternoon tea will be served from noon until 3 p.m. with finger sandwiches, desserts and different samplings of tea. The event will be open to anyone, dressing up/hats optional but fun!

Tables will be decorated around a book theme, and raffle baskets are being provided by different businesses and organizations, with the option to put all of your tickets into one basket, or spread them amongst many.
