Police report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:


1:34 a.m. Wednesday, 200 block of Third Street West. Two people were assaulted and three suspects were arrested.


12:15 p.m. Wednesday, Lake Bemidji waterfront. A woman reported her wallet missing after it had been left at the one of the games at the Water Carnival. The wallet contained $375 cash, credit cards and identification.

Property damage

10:20 a.m. Wednesday, 2500 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest.

12:21 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of Lincoln Avenue Southeast.


1:20 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of America Avenue Northwest.

Gas drive-off theft

9:56 p.m. Wednesday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

Peace disturbance

10:36 p.m. Wednesday, 1600 block of 23rd Street Northwest.

Sheriff's report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following:


5:48 p.m. Tuesday, Chamberlain Lane northwest. A credit card was used without authorization to make purchases in Louisiana.


3:41 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of Doberman Court Southeast. A fight was reported, but the suspects left the scene. After deputies left, they were called back to the address for a second fight. Two females were arrested and two other females were cited for disorderly conduct.
