Police report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:


1:41 p.m. Sunday, 800 block of Park Avenue Northwest. Two solar lights - one was a mock hummingbird and the other a globe - were stolen from a person's yard. The loss is valued at $40.

9:09 a.m. Monday, 600 block of Bemidji Avenue North. A red, silver and black Trek Madone road bike was the stolen. The loss is valued at $800.

2:06 p.m. Monday, 900 block of Dewey Avenue Northeast. A 26-inch light blue Schwinn bike was stolen from a porch.


1:36 p.m. Sunday, 1000 block of East Avenue Northeast. A window was broken out and a suitcase containing 78 records was stolen.

Peace disturbances

3:08 a.m. Monday, 1300 block of Second Street East.

6:38 p.m. Monday, Fifth Street Northwest and Beltrami Avenue Northwest.

Gas drive-off theft

2:09 p.m. Monday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

Fireworks complaint

10 p.m. Monday, 800 block of 26th Street Northwest.
