Trail Mix: Picking up the pace

Laurie and I got our legs moving a little faster today, trying out this new routine, of sorts, which I had read about in a fitness magazine. Basically, I think we were supposed to walk a while at a moderate pace, keep walking while gaining speed, and then all-out sprint (or in our case, walk really, really fast) for 90 seconds.
