The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Property damage

12:12 p.m. Tuesday, 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

11:03 p.m. Tuesday, 11th Street Northwest.

Gas drive-off theft

11:18 p.m. Tuesday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

Sheriff's report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:


3:53 p.m. Sunday, 24400 block of Hines Road Northeast. Two tow chains, red straps and a 5-gallon gas can were stolen from a vehicle.


12:43 p.m. Saturday, 13900 block of Buzzle Road Northwest. A .22 Montgomery Ward rifle, 4-10 shotgun, Horton Cross Bow and a batter charger were stolen. The loss is valued at $400. Also, damage totaling about $1,000 was done to a garage door and bathroom window.

10:43 a.m. Tuesday, 100 block of Town Hall Road Northwest.

Gas drive-off theft

7:12 p.m. Tuesday, state Highway 72 and Main Street.

Peace disturbance

7:37 p.m. Tuesday, Leonardway Road Southwest.

The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:

12:16 p.m. Tuesday, 2500 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. Medical call.

7:36 p.m. Tuesday, Fourth Street Northwest and Minnesota Avenue Northwest. Medical call.

2:20 a.m. Wednesday, Southside Restaurant. Fire alarm, unfounded.
