R2AC to offer Arts and Cultural grants PressPass

The Region 2 Arts Council (R2AC) will offer several new grant opportunities to artists, arts organizations, non-profits, schools and local governments. These grants are a result of the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage funds as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on Nov. 4, 2008. The passage of the Clean Water, Lands and Legacy Amendment will greatly enhance arts funding for the next 25 years in the State of Minnesota.
