Margaret Ann Riley

Margaret Ann Riley, age 89, passed away on April 21, 2010.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 14, 1920 and grew up in Bemidji Minnesota. Margaret was a current resident of Alexandria, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Riley, parents William and Margaret McNelly, three brothers, William, Bernard, and Thomas, and one sister, Mary Heald. Devoted mother of W. Thomas (Roz), David L. (Linda) and Kimberlee A. Loving grandmother of Sharon E. Riley, William B. (Amanda) Riley, Margaret A. Riley, Marin (Scott) Darone. A mass of the Resurrection was held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Alexandria, VA. She will be interned at Holy Cross Memorial Cemetery at 10:30 on Monday, September 13, 2010. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the cancer charity of the donor’s choice or the Geriatric ward of the Veteran’s Administration Hospital of the donor’s choice.
