Wildfires burn dangerously close to Cass Lake hospital
Firefighters had a busy weekend in northwestern Minnesota. The warm weather and high winds combined to increase the danger of wildfires. Plans were in place for evacuating the Cass Lake hospital because of a fire burning a mile north of town, but that fire was under control by late Saturday afternoon.By: Associated Press, Bemidji Pioneer
