Pioneer Editorial: Medicaid rules would boost taxes

Proposed cuts by the Bush administration through Medicaid rule changes could cost Minnesota $758.7 million in federal funds over five years, eliminating some 2,100 jobs as well, Families USA, a national organization for health care consumers, said Tuesday in a report.
