Bemidji City Council OKs architects to move ahead with design plans

The Bemidji events center took another small step forward Wednesday night. In a special meeting at City Hall, the City Council voted 4-2 to direct Leo A Daly to move ahead with design plans for the events center. Members of the design review committee also attended.
