Leech Lake representative charged with DWI in Cass

Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe District III Representative Donald James “Mick” Finn, 61, of Cass Lake, was charged Feb. 4 in Cass County District Court with gross misdemeanor second-degree driving while intoxicated – refusal to test.
