Red Lake chairman presents State of the Band

RED LAKE — A $27 million debt paid off, a commercial fisheries back in business and a major dent in drug trafficking on the reservation made 2007 a positive year for Red Lake, Chairman Floyd Jourdain Jr. said Wednesday during his 2008 State of the Band speech.
