Saidee Jean White, 4 months
Saidee Jean White, 4 months old, of Ponemah, died on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, Minn. Traditional Indian service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Ponemah Community Center with Spiritual Leader Thomas Stillday Jr. officiating. A wake will begin this morning at the Ponemah Community Center and will continue until the time of funeral service. Burial will be in the Stillday Family Burial Grounds in Ponemah. Pallbearers will be Dale Kingbird, Jack White Jr., Donald Whitefeather and Landon Kingbird. She was born on June 7, 2007, to Ada Kingbird and Louis White in Bemidji. She enjoyed watching cartoons, listening to her music box, taking car rides and listening to her mommy sing to her. She is survived by her parents; sisters, April Kingbird of Clearbrook and Keisha White of Ponemah; brothers, Luke, Ethan and Caden White, of Ponemah; grandparents, Jackie White of Ponemah, Betty White of Red Lake and Allen Kingbird of Red Lake; and numerous other relatives.
