Sokuji Sangha Zen Meditation group will meet from 6:30-8 p.m. Fridays, in the upper room of the United Methodist Church, Ninth Street and Beltrami Avenue, Bemidji. The event is free and open to the public. Visitors are welcome. The schedule will include Zen meditation and sutra readings on the first Friday of the month; a Traditional Soto Zen service on the second Friday of the month; Zen meditation and sutra readings on the third Friday of the month and Zen meditation “just sitting” on the fourth Friday of the month.
