Sanford Center: Celtic Thunder books fall show

BEMIDJI – The Sanford Center announced Celtic Thunder’s “Mythology” performance will be performed Oct. 20. 

Celtic Thunder, a group of six male musicians performing, is known for performing an eclectic mix of songs ranging from traditional Irish fare to international hits.

Their live shows are known for the use of effects via lighting and choreography as well as a stage set resembling an ancient stone pathway like those from Celtic lore.

“Mythology” presents a blend of entertainment, ideology and Gaelic spirituality that provides a modern twist on the old Celtic storytelling tradition.

The show begins at 5 p.m. ; doors open at 4 p.m.

Tickets range from $30 to $75. Tickets will be available beginning at 10 a.m. April 15 at the Ford Pickup Windows at the Sanford Center ticket office, Lueken’s Village Foods, any Ticketmaster retail location or can be charge by phone at (800)745-3000 or online at  Additional fees may apply.
