"The Luck o' the Irish" concert to benefit Walker Area Food Shelf

WALKER—"The Luck o' the Irish" fourth annual concert to benefit the Walker Area Food Shelf is set for 2 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at the Community Church of Walker.

Caleigh is a Bemidji-based musical group comprised of Dee Furfaro, Lenore Siems and April Larson. Furfaro sings and plays bass, guitar, bodhran and congas; Siems plays fiddle, mandolin and viola and Larson sings, plays guitar, Celtic harp, banjo, accordion and piano.

This concert will feature a rich collection of traditional Irish music as well as World Folk songs, a release said. A freewill donation will be taken to benefit the food shelf. Refreshments will be served at intermission.
