Zombie film shoot draws hundreds

Hundreds of people turned up in downtown Bemidji Saturday to portray zombies for a film shoot for "Lazarus," a full-length feature film by Lara Gerhardson and Mike Bredon. Set in Bemidji, it is the story of two brothers coming to terms at the end of the world. Beltrami Avenue Northwest was closed for two blocks for the film shoot, and a zombie bar crawl followed.
