Youth hockey: Bemidji tops Crookston for Headwaters bracket title in Paul Bunyan International Pee Wee tournament

Bemidji defeated Crookston 4-1 Sunday to take home the Headwaters bracket championship in the Paul Bunyan International Pee Wee hockey tournament. The bracket finals were played at the Sanford Center.

Bemidji bounced back after losing all three of its pool-play games to win two straight.

Brainerd won the Championship bracket with a 4-3 decision over Grand Rapids in Sunday's title game. Other bracket winners were the Grand Forks (N.D.) Greyhounds and Cloquet.
