Woman injured in Tuesday morning Fosston accident
An Eagan, Minn., woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident reported at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 2 in Fosston.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol out of Thief River Falls:
Sabrina A. Segelstrom, 20, was driving a 2003 Hyundai Elantra eastbound on Highway 2 when a 1998 Ford, which was headed west on Highway 2, turned in front of the Hyundai, which resulted in a collision.
The driver of the Ford, Milo D. Roux, 81, of Fosston, was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
Segelstrom was not wearing a seat belt. She was taken with non-life-threatening injuries to First Care Medical Services in Fosston.
The Ford sustained severe damage. The Hyundai was totaled.
